Specification

The cement properties and test results show that the content of MgO in cement clinker is mainly brought in by limestone raw materials, and most of MgO is periclase state after clinker is fired. 
Its structure is dense (commonly known as dead burning state), and wrapped in the clinker minerals, and the reaction rate with water is very slow. 
It is generally considered that after 10 ~ 20 years or more, hydration continues to form Mg (OH) 2, which makes the solid volume increase by 2.48 times, and the local volume expansion produces great failure stress in the hardened cement paste. 
Boiling at 100 ? for 3 h can not make a large amount of MgO hydration, so the boiling method can not test the cement stability problem caused by periclase. 
High temperature and high pressure can accelerate the hydration of periclase in clinker, so the poor stability caused by MgO content in clinker should be tested by autoclave method.
